I'm Jessica Lilly – an ambivert who thrives on the perfect blend of chaos and tranquility. I enjoy the Lagree Method, indulging in mango ice cream, and immersing myself in the timeless tunes of 80s new wave music. My philanthropic journey began two decades ago during my undergraduate years, marked by three impactful non-profit internships in development and fundraising. One of these internships lead into a full-time position upon my graduation. Since those early days, I have worked with nearly a dozen non-profits, some in a volunteer capacity, others as a full-time employee, and each one has their own unique way of strategizing and fundraising.

More recently, I've been a solo force, orchestrating strategic plans, cultivating donor relationships, analyzing data, planning fundraisers, crafting grant proposals, handling media inquiries, and overseeing all marketing and communications initiatives – the list is extensive.

I have always had a passion for philanthropic work, and what I have recently realized is that by concentrating on a few key initiatives—such as grants—that I genuinely enjoy and excel at, I can significantly amplify my impact across multiple organizations.
